Studio Schedule

Yoga Flow

Beginner/intermediate style yoga class that links body movement to breathe. This class will increase flexibility, strength and stability.

Yoga Sculpt

Similar to yoga flow, but also combines yoga and strength training to build lean muscle and increase stamina. This class adds light hand weights to create a total body workout targeting major muscle groups.
